The New Type Pneumatic Boost Vise offers a clamping force ranging from 0 to 4000kgf. Even in the event of a sudden pneumatic pressure drop, the clamping force remains constant.
Pneumatic Vise

The slide is heat treated to HRC-55° so as to keep precision and long-wearing. It is very durable.
This vise is very compact and rigid, and does not occupy machine space. The clamping force can be adjusted so as to clamp copper, plastic and thin workpieces.

New Type Pneumatic boost vise has a clamping force between 0~5000kgf. When the pneumatic pressure drops suddenly, the clamping force remains unchanged. The safety degree is high.
Airtight design makes cleaning easy. Vise oversize opening between 0~260mm meets most working needs.
Depending on the size of the workpiece, the travel of the pneumatic switch is preset between 0~4mm. The operation is simple and easy.
FCD-60 spherical graphitized casting iron (60kgs/mm2) is designed with a super strong structure, and is very resistant to pressure and tension.
The slide is heat treated to HRC-45° so as to keep precision and long-wearing. Parallelism is 0.01/100mm, and verticality is 0.01/100mm.
The vise jaws are heat treated to over HRC-55°. Parallelism is 0.01/100mm, and verticality is 0.01/100mm.

Add a hydraulic unit to the conventional k type vise. This is the most convenient and economic way.
Suitable for the clamping of light cutting, such as clamping aluminum or copper. It is fast and convenient.
Note: The HCK type is designed for lighter clamping. Check the pressure meter. Do not let the pressure of the air compressor exceed the stated limit. For heavy clamping, please use HCV series vises.
